Out of the Heat Birthday Party
Whether you’re hosting a kid’s birthday party or having a special occasion, we can work with you to create your perfect event.
- Ages: 6 and older.
- Each party is designed to last two hours.
- All parties will receive one hour on the Synthetic Turf Field followed by one hour in our Party Room.
- The Pavilion will include party space, tables, and chairs.
- Each Party will provide their own paper products, food, and drink and sports equipment.
Party Room Rates
- $75.00 per hour
Field Rental – April 1 to November 30
- $95.00 / per hour for the Full Field (county residents)*
- $115.00/ per hour for the Full Field (non-county residents)*
Field Rental – December 1 to March 31
- Non-Peak Hours Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- $105.00/ per hour for the Full Field (county residents)*
- $125.00/per hour for the Full Field (non-county residents)*
- Peak Hours Monday-Friday 5:00 pm to Midnight and all day Saturday/Sunday
- $150.00/ per hour for the Full Field (county residents)*
- $175.00/per hour for the Full Field (non-county residents)*
