Mariah Bell and Max Aaron Clinic- July 12, 13, 14
We are excited to welcome Mariah Bell and Max Aaron to Cabin John Ice for a Figure Skating Clinic on July 13-14. Mariah is the 2022 US Women’s Figure Skating Champion, 2022 Olympian, a four time World Team Member, and Skate America Champion. Max is a US Men’s Figure Skating Champion, multi time US World Team Member, Skate America Champion, and international medalist.
Adults only Freestyle Clinic is on Friday, July 12 from 6:15-9:00 pm. There will be an on ice session from 6:15-7:45 pm with both coaches followed by an off ice session from 8-9 pm.
The youth clinic schedule will run from 7:30 am-7:00 pm Saturday, July 13 and from 7:00 am-1:00 pm on Sunday, July 14. We will run three leveled groups that will each have 4.5 hours of on ice instruction and 2.5 hours of off ice instruction with our special guest coaches. Skaters will be assigned to a group with times inside that schedule. Skaters will be asked their skating levels during registration.
On ice sessions will include skating skills, choreography, and jump and spin technique.
Off ice sessions will include off ice jump technique, fitness, dance, and movement.
