Take advantage of this unique opportunity to host your child’s birthday party at Wheaton Regional Park’s Brookside Nature Center! This room rental accommodates up to 20 children.
The Fee: $350. This price includes the room rental and the 60-minute outdoor program.
Included:
- One hour is led by a Brookside Nature Center Naturalist on an outdoor nature program.
- The remaining 60 minutes or so is yours to lead other activities, serve food, and enjoy the presence of friends!
- You will have 30 minutes before the party to set up and 30 minutes after the party to clean up.
Nature Superheroes Theme
They’re in disguise, they’re stealthy hunters… they’re nature’s superheroes! Partygoers hunt for nature superheroes in the wild, but they won’t need to look very far to discover the superhero powers in nature. Offered year-round. Suitable for ages 5+.
CSI (Critter Scene Investigation) Theme
A critter was attacked, and the animal community needs your help to solve the mystery! Hike Brookside Nature Center grounds in search of clues to figure out who done it. Make no bones about it all partygoers are sure to have a fun time. Offered year-round. Suitable for ages: 8+.
Incredible Insects Theme
Budding entomologists learn what makes an insect an insect. Partygoers hike to the meadow with nets to search for insects big and small. Offered April to October. Suitable for ages: 5+.
Campfire 101 Theme
Celebrate your birthday with family and friends learning how to safely build a campfire. Partygoers will learn different ways to stack their logs, different lighting techniques, and fire safety. Offered year-round. Suitable for ages 8+.
