Check out all of our Programs and Events
Brookside Gardens offers fun and educational programs for the whole family. Published twice a year, Cultivate Magazine features articles about current happenings in the Gardens, descriptions of upcoming programs for adults and children, schedules for art exhibits, plant society shows and sales, profiles of our donors and volunteers, and more.
We currently offer virtual lectures and on-site workshops organized to meet Montgomery County COVID-19 Guidelines. Virtual horticultural programs can be arranged for private groups upon request. Learn more about environmental issues that affect your community through our annual GreenScapes Symposium.
To learn more about our current educational programs, download the Cultivate Magazine guide (accessible pdf) to programs and events or contact the Information Desk at 301-962-1400 to request a hardcopy by mail. The guide is published twice per year, in February and August.
