Alternated between high and low intensity cardio-dance moves designed to maximize your calorie-burning potential, release joy, tone muscle, improve heart health and overall mood. It’s your feel-good movement therapy to upbeat music-that can adapt to your fitness level and where you always fit in.
*NOTE: This class will be held in the Clarksburg Neighborhood Park Activity Building located on park grounds. Registration is required. No walk-ins will be accepted.
