Walk and connect with Trail Trekkers – an organized, inclusive walking club sponsored by Montgomery Parks! This free program, designed for individuals with disabilities and their friends, family, and community members, will take place at various accessible trails within Montgomery County, providing participants with the opportunity to immerse themselves in diverse natural surroundings and engage in conversations with fellow trekkers while creating long-lasting friendships.

Here’s how it works:

  • Register by visiting ActiveMONTGOMERY
  • All participants must be a registered Trail Trekkers member to walk. Logistics about these walks will be sent after registration is complete.
  • All-member walks will begin at 11am every 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. Pack a lunch and picnic with us after these walks!
  • Transitioning Trail Trekkers walks will begin at 4pm every 1st Thursday of each month for members that are 16-26 years old.
