Permits may be requested by individuals or groups to place equipment or conduct activities on park property. These uses may be in conjunction with other facility requests and may include: Day Camps/Classes/Clinics, collection of money, demonstrations, moon bounces, filming/photography, memorial services and other events.
All Permit Holders must follow M-NCPPC rules and regulations, contract rules and regulations, as well as the specific Guidelines and Conditions of Use as stated on the facility permit.
NOTE: By submitting any application along with your credit card information, you have agreed to pay all applicable fees, deposit(s), and charges due. If you are not submitting payment, please call the Park Permit Office for availability information.

Photography & Filming Permits
Scheduling a photography shoot at Brookside Gardens, Woodlawn Manor Cultural Park, or Agricultural History Farm Park requires that you contact the facility directly to arrange fees and payment. Click on the location below to review photography permits for these locations:

Commercial Filming & Photography
Please read the guidelines below before submitting an application.
Filming Permit Requests to engage in still or motion picture photography at park facilities may be submitted in writing to the Permit Office by filling out an application. The application will be submitted to the Park Manager for final approval.
Fees
Filming Permit fee is $350.00 and is required in advance of the filming date along with a valid certificate of liability insurance.

Cancellation/Change Policy
There is a required $50.00 administrative fee for cancellations. A fee of $50.00 will be required for any change made to a permit (i.e., change of date or facility) once payment has been made.
Reservation Guidelines
Applicants must comply with the following specific terms and conditions:
- The permitholder is permitted to engage in still or motion picture photography in the above named Montgomery County Park ONLY, and ONLY during the dates and time set forth above.
- The permitholder will avoid any and all public obstruction, pedestrian and vehicular, and will coordinate all activities with the Commission so as to cause no obstruction, interruption or interference with other park activities or programs.
- The permitholder shall hold the Commission harmless for any damage, injury or loss to the permitholder or any other group or individual arising out of the use of Park property, and will indemnify the Commission for any loss or damage it may suffer.
- The Permitholder shall not identify the Commission, or any specific property owned or operated by the Commission in any film or photograph, narration, dialogue, sound track, caption or other description, without advance written approval of the Commission.
- The permitholder shall provide the Commission with a liability insurance policy written by a carrier licensed to write insurance in the State of Maryland, with limits of $500,000 per person and $1,000,000 per accident or injury incurred.
