WHEATON, Md. – The year is just beginning but Montgomery Parks is rolling out its summer camps schedule and registration.
The 2024 Summer Camp Guide:
Available online beginning Friday, January 5, 2024
The guide contains a complete listing of Parks’ summer camps. It is available at MontgomeryParks.org/Camps
More than 50 camps will be offered in a wide range of activities from sports to science and from art to archaeology. They will be held at Montgomery Parks nature centers, ice rinks, and tennis centers. Brookside Gardens, the Wheaton Sports Pavilion and South Germantown Driving Range will also host sessions. Camps include half-day and full-day options. There are activities for ages 3 to 17. Aftercare is available for select camps.
Summer Camp Registration:
Registration opens at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

Register by Friday, April 5, and receive an early bird discount of $25 off select camps.
An ActiveMontgomery account can be set up in advance to make sign-up more convenient.
Summer Camp Scholarship applications:
Applications for the Marye Wells Harley Dream Camp Scholarship open January 5, 2024.
A partnership between Montgomery Parks and the Montgomery Parks Foundation, the scholarship provides camp tuition to young people ages 3-18. The scholarships are need-based and confidential. For more information on applying for the scholarship go to MontgomeryParks.org/Camps
The Marye Wells Harley Dream Camp Scholarship is community-funded. Information on how to donate and help send a kid to camp can be found at MontgomeryParksFoundation.org/donate-to-parks
